EXCHANGES 

If you purchased an item in a certain size but would like a different size, then we allow for an exchange to take place free of charge. Provided the original item is still unworn and in its original packaging.

1) Online process -  Contact us at unseengrail@gmail.com. 

2) In store process - Bring the old item to our store and we will have the exchange completed on that day for you. 

Please note: We only accept exchanges within 7 days from the purchase date.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We allow for returns/refunds if the item has a factory defect. Under no other condition do we allow for a refund/return. Due to the nature of our business.

If an item is readily available, delivery will take 1-4 working days for all South African customers.

If an item is a made-to-order item that item will take 3-21 working days to be delivered.

A flat R250 shipping fee applies to all orders below R2000.

As you proceed to checkout, the shipping amount will be displayed based on your order details, ensuring a seamless experience.

Should your desired item or size be unavailable, get in contact with us. Many of the pieces showcased on our website can be made-to-order, ensuring that your luxury experience is nothing less than exceptional.
